PAYMENT

We process all payments offline rather than using an online system.

Methods of Acceptable Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Make sure to print out your order confirmation page and include a copy of it with your payment. Keep a copy for your records.

If you do not have a credit card, we accept bank cheques and international money orders, but your order will not be processed until payment is received. Make sure to print out your order confirmation page and include a copy of it with your payment. Keep a copy for your records.

All prices are listed in US dollars. If sending an international money order, please make sure it is in US dollars and you have taken appropriate care to allow for currency fluctuations.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Domestic (US) Delivery
US customers can expect their order to be processed within 72 hours, except for orders placed on weekends or holidays - which may take an extra 48 hours to process.

International (Outside Continental US) Delivery
International customers may experience delays in processing and shipping time. We ship all orders via airmail.

How Shipping Is Calculated
We calculate shipping based on actual costs charged to us by the US Postal Service.
